Shipping

Delivery destinations, processing times, shipping estimates, and any charges will be published here before orders open. No delivery date is currently promised.

Returns and refunds

The final policy will explain eligibility, time periods, return costs, and how to request help. Slushie will handle customer resolutions directly. Supplier reimbursement will be handled separately and will not replace applicable customer rights.

Privacy during our launch

Our creator and support forms collect the details you submit so we can review applications and respond to requests. These records are held in our private operations workspace. We do not request payment-card details in these forms. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

If you arrive through an approved creator link, a first-party referral cookie may identify that creator for up to 30 days to attribute a later purchase. Payment processing, when activated, is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

Merchant and contact

Merchant registration, business contact details, and final privacy terms are awaiting owner confirmation. Public data collection and sales must remain closed until those details are complete.
